Der Vertriebsbeauftragte für internationale Händler dient auch als Kundenbetreuer für unsere bestehenden geschätzten Händler auf der ganzen Welt und bietet ihnen eine erstklassige Erfahrung per Telefon, E-Mail und persönlich auf Messen und Treffen. Hier die Anforderungen:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

● Serve as a key outbound and inbound sales rep dealing with the company’s current and future valued B2B clients.

● Strategic industry outreach to execute the selection, screening and onboarding the best new International dealers.

● Manage and track sales activity in CRM

● Strategically engage and build strong relationships with principals, purchasers, and relevant decision-makers at current and prospective distributor/dealer customers.

● Receive Dealer PO’s, forward to relevant personnel for processing and coordinate any special requirements internally

● Work with Agilite supply chain team to ensure a seamless and industry-leading order supply experience for dealers.

● Create dealer price quotes and provide documentation or product information to support dealers’ tender bids

● Exhibit, network and arrange meetings at industry trade shows and events

● Collaborate with marketing and product management teams on current product promotions and new product roll-outs.

Position Requirements:

● A mature, self-managing “Go-getter,” with unstoppable drive who wants join one of the industry’s fastest-growing brands.

● Excellent spoken and written English-Compulsory

● Conversational Hebrew-advantage

● Additional languages-advantage

● Must live and breathe sales and international business development

● SOF/Combat Military or Law Enforcement service-advantage

● Previous sales or customer success experience: At least 2 years in a sales role

● Excellent interpersonal skills-must be a „People-person“

● Ability to fly to international trade shows and to Israel regularly-Required

● Ability to physically demonstrate products while wearing military equipment including

body armor-Required

● Hard-working team player not afraid of professional challenges and ambitious projects in a fast-paced company

● Familiarity with/passionate about the tactical gear/firearms industry- Advantage

Full-time position

Location: Either Remote (Western Europe, North America or other & travelling to Israel 2-4 times per year) or based in Holon, Israel.
