Specifications

The model Duffel 65 has a volume of 65 liters with a size of 70 x 36 x 28 cm. The total weight is 1.47 kg.

The smaller sibling model Duffel 45 holds 45 liters with a size of 58 x 31 x 24 cm, weighing 1.26 kg.
 

Materials

The tried and tested material from YKK is used for the zipper on both Duffle models.

All plastic parts, such as the Bro Gate Keeper Lock, the buckles, sliders, and connection buckles, come from Woojin Plastic.

For the outer material of Duffel 65 and Duffel 45, CORDURA 700 denier is used, combining the high abrasion and tear resistance of classic 1,000 denier fabric with the lightweight of 500 denier fabric.

TPU 420 nylon is used as the inner material for Duffel 65, a polyamide material with high tear and abrasion resistance that can be openly processed due to its coating properties. Nylon 420 HD FD in the "High Density" (HD) design has proven to be a good and flexible base material for the Duffel 45. The 420 yarn achieves high tear strength, while the FD yarn (Full-Dull) gives the material a matte surface. The triple PU coating makes the fabric waterproof.

The Carrying System

When needed, the spacious travel bag transforms into a practical trekking backpack with ergonomically shaped and padded shoulder straps. 

The shoulder straps can be removed if necessary.

 The transformation is easy and quick with the Bro Gate Keeper Lock.

There is space for the shoulder straps in the lid compartment.

Multiple fixed fabric loops are provided for carrying the two duffels in different configurations.

It can be used as a carry handle, a single shoulder strap, or a backpack carrying system. Here in the carrying variant as a sling bag.

Four more carrying handles are attached all around, allowing the bag to be easily lifted and transported.

With the padded handle, carrying the duffle is also very comfortable.

Interior

The spacious main compartment is easy to fill due to a large, U-shaped opening with a concealed 2-way zipper. The lid can be folded completely to the side, making filling the bag a breeze. 

Even if the Duffle is not full, the practical bungee cords inside keep everything in place.

Mesh compartments in the lid offer additional storage options for equipment. It is recommended not to store bulky items here. The lid rests on the back like a backpack when carried. 

Four transparent zippered side pockets are provided inside for small items such as electronics.

There are two additional easily accessible compartments at the top and bottom. 

One of the compartments is closable with Velcro.

Two elastic bands are located between the lid and the main compartment. Here, for example, a charging cable can be stored at hand.

The base of the main compartment can be removed through a Velcro-secured compartment. This makes it easier to turn the duffle inside out for cleaning and drying.

Additional Features

Lockable zipper sliders on the main compartment complete the tactical travel companion.

Subtle, laser-cut MOLLE/PALS slots on the outside allow individual attachment of additional bags and provide space for modular extensions. 

Both Duffle bags are equipped with detachable and adjustable compression straps. This allows for adjusting the bag's volume and compression.

Both bags have a Velcro area on the main compartment lid for attaching name tags or other patches to.
